Celestite gemstone is ideal for placement in the bedroom, or meditation space as an environmental cleanser. Celestite is a soft stone (both physically and metaphysically) and its vibrations radiate in all directions. It is an elevating crystal that makes one feel as though floating on a cloud.

Selenite comes from the Greek word Selene, meaning moon. This brings associations and energies of the unconscious, instinct, subconscious, and emotional well-being. The moon association also brings water energy to the fore, creating the flexibility and intuition. 

Along with sage, selenite sticks can be used extensively to clear and charge other crystals and stones. It is best to have your selenite next to your bed with other stones resting on it.

Amethyst is a meditative and calming stone. It is used as a dream stone and to help insomnia. Put an amethyst under your pillow to bring about pleasant dreams, or rub it across your forehead to offer relief from a headache. Place Amethyst clusters in moonlight and everyone in the home will be feeling calmer. 

To cleanse your crystals: This should be done every couple of months to clear away any negative energies picked up in your gemstone. Take the sage and begin to burn it until a good strong smoke is coming from your sage.  Hold the crystal in this smoke for at least one minute. This clears all negative energies that have become attached to this stone but does not energize the crystal. To re-energize the stone, place it in a window so it can be exposed to the rays of the sun and moon. It is best to re-energize your crystals on full moons.
