Can I make a changes to my order?

An order begins its production immediately after its been purchased. Some items are shipped the same day or next business day. Unfortunately because of this we are not able to make any changes on an order. Although, if the order has not been shipped and you'd like to add to your order, please contact before placing your second order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After order is placed, the order will ship within 2 - 10 business days, unless otherwise noted (made to order and custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks). It can take anywhere from 3-5 days after package is shipped for delivery within the United States. All sales in the US are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation numbers. If you need an order rushed, please check out with priority 2-day shipping.

International orders are automatically charged for First Class Shipping, which is $8.00 - $12.00 depending on location for one item, and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. 

I tracked my order, and it says it delivered but I have not received it? 

Nikdreamer is not responsible for things lost or stolen in the mail. You must contact USPS and file a claim on your package with tracking number provided. 

I ordered something from your shop, but noticed the price lowered from last week?  

Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in the metal market. Sterling silver changes in value on a weekly basis. We cannot be reliable in any reimbursements due to this.
