This past weekend I had my first pop up shop in Beverly Hills hosted by Fabric Fashion Show. I'd like to special thank those I met from my instagram, who came out and picked up some jewels. It was a pleasure meeting you all. This was my first pop up in LA and their first "Shop Underground" event [See opening weekend video highlights below]. Also, check out the feature on Racked LA here. They will be hosting these events every other weekend, and I'm hoping to make it back for another one again soon.
The event was held during the day at a stunning new venue located right off Beverly Dr., and literally underground from all the best shopping in Beverly Hills. There was a wonderful mix of fashion/jewelry/makeup artists/performing artists/etc. I got to meet many fellow independent artists and designers. We all had a blast mingling together and enjoying a couple cocktails [they had complimentary drinks, full bar, and little hors d'oeuvres being served all day]. I even got my hair and makeup touched up by the Glamsquad who had a booth there. Some of us ended up going to dinner together after the event to celebrate at the Chateau Marmont hotel, which was also my first experience there. Such a quaint little magical place to dine in West Hollywood. I just love LA visits! I have a feeling there are going to be many of them this year. I've already had two in January - and there's another one in the works for Valentines weekend! Can't wait to share what's on the calendar for that... never stop dreaming, dreamers! XO
